Chocky - this is a sci-fi novel by John Wyndham (i think that's how to spell his name) they made it into a tv series which follows the book pretty well - ecept that the book was written in about 1960 yet has a very 50's feel about it and the tv series is made and set in the early 80's. it's about a boy who has an imaginary friend (Chocky) who teaches him stuff like binary. john wyndham wrote lots of sci fi which were made into movies by hollywood but this is the only thing that's been adapted from his work he actually likes. lots of the hollywood ones are quite famous but not enough for me to remember them off the top of my head. -- Hilary mailto:monkeypig@paradise.net.nz
